By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hanutech provides digital and NFC-enabled business card services under the brand Hanulink NFC. Access to services is granted to individuals or businesses who submit required information via our official forms and channels. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, and understand that the output and delivery of digital profiles and printed cards are based on the data submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, professional, or personal networking purposes.

• Ensure that the data you provide (including logos, names, images, and links) does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

• Keep all account and contact information accurate and up to date.

• Not attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the platform or third-party systems connected to it.

Pricing for Hanulink NFC and related services is disclosed at the time of inquiry or order. All payments must be made in full before production or publishing begins. We accept payments via approved third-party processors (such as Stripe or other UAE-compliant gateways) and bank transfers.

Prices may vary based on design customization, additional features, or shipping requirements. We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time prior to confirmation.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. For Hanulink NFC users, data is retained for the duration of an active subscription or service window, generally up to two years, unless the user renews. Upon service expiration or a request for deletion, all personal data associated with that user is permanently removed from our systems and backup environments.

All content on this website — including logos, designs, code, and content — is the intellectual property of Hanutech Labs International F.Z.E unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the site or services without prior written permission.

However, you retain ownership of the content (e.g., profile photos, logos) you provide for use in your Hanulink NFC profile, and you grant us a limited license to use that content for the purpose of delivering our services.

We may suspend or terminate access to services, including dynamic profiles, if users breach these Terms or if subscriptions lapse. Users may request to terminate service or delete their data at any time by contacting us.

The Hanulink NFC  product is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or downtime. We disclaim all liability arising from user reliance on content, links, or services outside our control.

We make no guarantees regarding search engine indexing, third-party integrations (such as WhatsApp or social networks), or user interactions with your shared Hanulink NFC profile.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hanutech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or Hanulink NFC product. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any, during the preceding 12 months.

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to that policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction limited to the courts of Ajman Free Zone, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
